Be it further resolved that LACUS express appreciation to the following members for particular service during 1999-2000.

The above resolutions were presented in verse form during the annual banquet, in allusion to lines from H. M. S. Pinafore discussed by Saul Levin in his paper "Poetic License, Embellished by Music."
